Pulte Debuts Six Floor Plans at Tehaleh

The new year is off to a running start at Tehaleh, the Puget Sound’s top-selling new-home community. Benjamin Ryan Communities, one of the first Tehaleh builders, has already sold out. It’s easy to see why – from stunning mountain views to miles of trails and parks, Tehaleh offers an unbeatable Pacific Northwest living experience that’s in high demand.

Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s leading builders with 60 years of experience, just joined an already impressive line-up of builders at the community - Quadrant Homes, Lennar, Richmond American Homes and Trilogy at Tehaleh.

For buyers who have yet to experience Tehaleh, there’s no better time to visit than right now. Buyers can take advantage of Pulte’s best pricing now, before the Pulte models hit the ground later this spring. In addition, for those buyers seeking to begin living an incredible lifestyle right away, there are a number of move-in ready homes from Tehaleh builders available to tour. Visitors can also enjoy walking and playing at the community’s six parks and 7.5 miles of trails.

“Tehaleh is an incredible community, and we’re thrilled to be a part of it,” says Andrea Murphy, Vice President of Sales for Pulte Homes. “We share the Tehaleh philosophy of putting the homeowner’s experience first, and creating communities that people can truly call home. We’re looking forward to providing families the opportunity to purchase a new home at a great value.”

At Tehaleh, Pulte will debut six new floor plans that have been Life Tested® specifically by Puget Sound area homeowners.

Area homeowners were invited to tour life-sized models of the Pulte home designs and weigh in on their favorite features and amenities. Pulte then incorporated their feedback into the new designs, resulting in homes that take the real needs of buyers, not just builders, into account.

“Life Tested Home Designs are all about putting what buyers are looking for into a home, whether it’s extra space for a home office, a pop-up loft, or the kitchen of their dreams,” says Murphy. “It’s about innovative, functional design that eliminates wasted space and helps you make the most of every inch of your home.”

Each Life Tested® feature in a Pulte home is designed to facilitate connected living and to offer organization for everyone. “Families will love being able to relax in the open living and dining areas after a day of hiking the trails at Tehaleh,” says Murphy.

Pulte’s six new floor plans debuting at Tehaleh include two single-story and four two-story plans. The single-story plans range from 2,348 to 2,637 square feet and feature flexible loft spaces, private backyards and larger lots. The four two-story plans range from 2,426 to 3,004 square feet, and offer a wide array of features including up to six bedrooms.

A popular feature in Pulte Homes is the Planning Center, an innovative space located near the main living area that’s perfect for doing homework, checking email, or paying bills. “The Planning Center is something that gets rave reviews from Pulte homebuyers,” says Murphy. “It allows you to take all the activities that usually clutter up the kitchen or dining room table, and move them to a designated space that’s still connected to the main living area.”

Other Life-Tested features found in Pulte Homes include expanded entryways that keep messy activities away from the rest of the house, oversized kitchen pantries with extra storage, and spacious laundry rooms with plenty of room to stay neat and organized.

“We’ve added space to the areas of the home that people actually use every day,” says Murphy. “In a Pulte home, there’s no wasted space or vacant rooms that you only use a few times a year. Everything is built to be functional and fit with the way you really live.”

Pulte will fit right in at Tehaleh, a community designed to fit homebuyers like their favorite pair of hiking boots.

Tehaleh is owned in a joint venture between two strong companies; North America Sekisui House, LLC (NASH), the U.S. business unit and full subsidiary of Sekisui House Ltd., Japan’s largest homebuilder and leading diversified developer, and American Newland Communities, LLC, whose development business, Newland Communities, is the master developer of Tehaleh. Collectively, the NASH-Newland partnership owns or manages more than 30 communities across the country.
