Meet Sister Cats and a Dog Named Oreo

Consider a pet from Metro Animal Services and give a great pet a new home.

will be closed for President's Day on Monday, Feb. 20.  Please also note they now have a new phone system and their phone number has changed. They can now be reached at 253-299-7387 (PETS).

Meet Sybil & Georgia

These sweet young sisters are only 8 months old and were left at a veterinarian's office with their brother and mother on Jan. 24. Both are comfortable in homes with additional felines and would fit well in family households. These affectionate cats can be adopted as a pair or seperately.

Meet Oreo

Like his name indicates, this sweet large dog is a black-and-white lab-cattle dog mix and approximately a year-and-a-half old. He has shown strong traits of his cattle-dog breeding and was surrendured on Feb. 2 by a family that misunderstood him. As a moderately high-energy dog, he needs constant stimulation and training. He is a smart, loyal and protective dog who will do best with a dog-savvy owner who can dedicate time and attention to his particular needs, including obedience, routine consistancy and confidence building. He is not recommended as a family dog until he gets more training.
