Photos: Celebrating Fat Tuesday at Sumner's Stafford Suites
Members of East Pierce Fire and Rescue were on hand Tuesday morning to cook and serve pancakes for residents of the assisted living facility in Sumner.
We want to thank Laura Fehrenbacher with Stafford Suites of Sumner for sharing some lovely photos with us of a Fat Tuesday celebration at the assisted living facility.
Members of East Pierce Fire and Rescue were on hand to flip flapjacks made to order for residents and were even good sports about donning some lovely aprons while they cooked.
The fun continues for the residents tonight during the Sweetheart Dance from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sumner High School students will be putting on the dance in conjunction with the center. Look for a few photos to come from Patch from that event!
