Sumner Church Offering GED Help
The United Methodist Church is Sumner offers free study assistance two days a week over the summer.

Almost 1 in 10 people in Pierce County did not finish high school. The Sumner United Methodist Church at 901 Wood Avenue is offering free study assistance for those pursuing their GED. The Study Lab offers computer-based practice tests, respected GED study books, Spanish study books, internet-connected computers with links to websites offering free practice tests and study aids, limited individual tutoring and classes if several students need to study the same material. Summer hours are Tuesdays 9 am - noon and Wednesdays 3:30 - 8 pm. Click here for more information or call 253-863-4267.
