Public Hearing re: Arts, Culture and Historic Element to City of Bonney Lake Comprehensive Plan

At 5:30pm on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, the public will have an opportunity to express their opinion as to whether the City of Bonney Lake should, in fact, adopt a cultural resources element to the city’s comprehensive plan. This could finally provide a vision and establish long term goals and policies that could lead to the creation of an arts and heritage program for our plateau community. It is hoped that all who are interested in furthering the accessibility of the many forms of arts, culture, and may be interested in historic preservation, will attend and voice their opinions and concerns to the Planning Commission. It is presumed that the commissioners will be voting on a recommendation to the city council following the hearing, which will be held at the Bonney Lake Justice Center.
