Inspired by vintage ladies of fashion, like Marie Antoinette, we will create a multi-media project using many materials to create a work of art. Mixed media is about combining different supplies like, paints, inks, stamps, scraps, photos and found objects to create exciting and unique works of art. We will be learning decoupage, transfer techniques, custom paper making and how to utilize our supplies to the max using Tim Holtz, Claudine Hellmuth, Teresa Collins and more! (Also, we are going to find out how mistakes and accidents are really artistic genius in disguise!)
