Young Adult Author Talk and Book Signing

Sumner High School student Rachel Patrick’s senior project will give people an opportunity to meet authors during a free event.

 Patrick has organized this free event as part of her senior project with Sumner High School. She will introduce local young adult/teen authors including: 

• Dia Calhoun
• Holly Cupala
• Kimberly Derting
• Mandy Hubbard
• Lisa Schroeder

Authors will speak, answer questions and sign books, which will be available for purchase.

Pierce County Library System staff worked with Patrick to help her plan and organize a public event, as part of her senior project.

 The Friends of the Sumner Library will provide refreshments.

 Patrick encourages people to bring donations for the Sumner Community Food Bank.
