The Table

Speaking at a City Council meeting can be intimidating or unfulfilling.  Sometime's left feeling marginalized or filled with greater frustration is the end result.  So then what do you do; what are your options to get involved?

"The Table" is an idea originally created out of an opportunity to obtain a grant for Sumner.  Proctored by Melony Pederson, Sumner Citizen and Nancy Dumas, Sumner City Council, The Table is an opportunity to bring citizen's and council together to bring idea's forward with creative possibilities, discuss topic's of interest to you, answer questions and create an open and positive format for everyone to participate.

Join us for last month's recap (which includes Pierce Transit, ideas for new business and answers to questions) and this month's Table Topics, Parking and Communters, to name two Topics suggested last month.  The first half of the meeting is structured on these topics, the last half hour is opened up for free discusison, questions, comments and whatever is on your mind.
