When Patch first visited D4, Everett said he was "planning" to set up an official bar soon and in the meantime was selling concertgoers beer that he bought from the store. There were no doormen or other employees working in the warehouse that can fit 650 people, other than Everett and his concert booker, Jessie Justice.

, Everett called and asked Patch to revive interviews with Justice, particularly regarding his comments about kids drinking in their cars before the show. Everett said he was getting complaints from concerned parents and that he never gave us permission to interview Justice, nor did he give us permission to publish the fact that he sells alcohol at his establishment.

As of today, Jan. 18, the D4 website still maintains β€œBar 21+ W/ID." On Jan. 13, Justice posted a blog entry on the site simply titled, "Closed." The entry said that most of the January shows had been cancelled or moved to different venues.

Patch contacted Sumner Police Chief John Galle with this information, but he didn't return messages for comment.

Witnesses said he appeared intoxicated and had gotten in a fight before walking away from the scene alone. His body was found in a ravine less than a mile away with no signs of trauma.
