Indulge in a Night Out at Pacific's Trade Route Brewery

Enjoy a night out with local music and local handcrafted brews.

This weekend, support a local brewery that offers food, live music and creatively crafted beer.

Trade Route Brewery, located just north of the Sumner industrial area in Pacific, is creating some notable beer that requires a closer look. With a sizable menu offering a variety of pizza, pastas and sandwiches as well as live music every Saturday night at 8 p.m., how could you not pop in for a visit?

Trade Route offers seven main beers on tap, including the ‘253,’ its Northwest-style amber ale and ‘Midnight Ale’ which boasts of nutty flavor with a sweet finish.  Their current seasonal ales include the ‘Sumatra Coffee Stout’ which likely has any coffee-drinker salivating at the name.  This beer was designed in collaboration with Dillano’s Coffee Roasters and is described as having a rich coffee aroma and smooth mocha finish.

Their other beers range from the crisp and clean ‘Jet Stream Lager’ to the barbeque ready ‘Mango Weizen’ to which mango puree is added after fermentation.

Weekly music acts vary and there is an occasional open-mic night.  Find them on Facebook, book a sitter and stop in.
