MissThian's Bringing Her Thai Right to You

The owner of Bonney Lake's Thian Thai has recently started posting how-to videos for her favorite recipes on YouTube.

On a bright Sunday morning in early July, Thian Brown is not sleeping late, sipping coffee, or reading the comics in her pajamas. No, the owner of in Bonney Lake is dressed head to foot in a candy-apple red chef’s uniform, poised in front of a camera lens.

Although the sign on the door reads “closed,” the restaurant is filled with the sweet and spicy aroma of Easy Thai Cooking, a series of videos soon to be featured on YouTube.

Why would Brown share her secrets online?

Promotion, for one. She hopes that these videos will put her, Thian Thai and her , in the public eye. Two, she wants to make easy, healthy Thai recipes accessible to everyone. This is just a more affordable extension of her cooking classes. Now you can pause, rewind and replay as you recreate Thian’s recipes for Tom Ka and Yellow Curry in your kitchen.

Keep an eye on Brown’s YouTube station, MissThian, for more videos.
