Big Girls Don't Wear Belts - A Diary of My Weight Loss Journey

Big Girls Don't Wear Belts. Join me on my journey to be able to tuck in my shirt and wear a belt!

Hi, I'm Carla and I am a big girl. I probably always have been, even when I looked pretty good or was thin, because in my head I was still a big girl. I want to share my journey with you.

I am putting myself out there for all of Bonney Lake to see, so be gentle, but I will be honest and genuine. Currently I can't divulge my weight. It's too painful, but I have already lost over 20 pounds doing Zumba at C&C Studio. As of today, I am 5 pounds under the weight that I was when I got pregnant with my 15 month old, but I have so much more to lose. I say that because, as much as I would love to blame her for my weight, it's not her fault. I've had horrible injuries, hormone imbalances and my love for food.

So, come get to know me! I'm a little crazy, goofy and sarcastic. I love to garden, coupon, socialize and enjoy those I love. But most of all join me on my journey to be able to tuck my shirt in proudly and wear a belt!

This is not the first time or the first person Quinn tried to hurt. I think she has a bitter andRead More evil heart. Instead of building and supporting the city, she prefers to tear down anything good and honorable. I'm so glad the voters saw fit to pass her by when she ran for election! With her attitude, it would have been detrimental to having a nice city to live in! Stuff a sock in it, Quinn!

I will never forget you David. We were connected through a tragic event that at times just feelsRead More like yesterday, and then you were taken from this earth by another tragic event. The 28 years inbetween went to fast. You were humble and down to earth. I feel as though you were surprised at how many people you touched in your 41 years. It was evidence at your service that you are loved by many, and you will never be forgotten.
