Local Soldiers Overseas Send Holiday Greetings to Their Families Back Home

Army Private First Class Nathan Boyer of Puyallup is serving in Adder, Iraq.

Even from halfway across the globe, Nathan Boyer's words are pretty powerful.

Simply put, the private first class officer in the Army - currently serving in Adder, Iraq - wants to say Merry Christmas and happy holidays to his family in Puyallup.

Boyer is one of more than 100 soldiers from Washington, many of whom are from the South Sound, who were allowed to record video messages for family through the Department of Defense.
