WHEN CAN I SET OFF MY FIREWORKS?
If you live in Bonney Lake: It is unlawful to ignite, discharge, use or explode any fireworks except between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on July 3rd and on July 5th; between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on July 4th.
If you live in Sumner: Fireworks may be discharged only on July 4 from noon to midnight.
If you live in unincorporated Pierce County (within East Pierce Fire & Rescue jurisdiction): You can set off fireworks June 28 from noon - 11 p.m., June 29 through July 3rd: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. July 4th: 9 a.m. to midnight; July 5th: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
