NWS Says Thunderstorms Are-A-Comin' Tonight
Thunderstorms and hail are expected this afternoon.
It's going to be loud, wet and windy tonight.
The National Weather Service is predicting wind, rain and possibly thunderstorms tonight.
Earlier today, the NWS sent the following alert through Pierce County's messaging system:

"Ntl Weather Svc notification of possible severe thunderstorms, wind gusts, and hail until 2:00 pm. If threatened, take shelter in a sturdy building."
Heavy does of rain and hail hit portions of the Puget Sound today.
