Sewer Line Improvements Expected to Slow Traffic on Elhi Hill for Up to Three Weeks
Crews will install a lining in the sewer main trunk line along Elhi Hill, from Main Street to Meyers Rd and will require a single lane closure along the west bound lane of SR 410.
Drivers leaving Bonney Lake should expect delays for the next three weeks, as crews upgrade a sewer main trunk line.
Beginning Monday, one lane on west-bound SR 410 will be closed during non-rush hour periods, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 24 - 26. Then, there will be night-time lane closures, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sept. 26 - Oct. 12.
The project is the final phase of an ongoing Sewer Trunk Line Rehabilitation project that started in 2006. Construction Cost for this phase of the project is $490,748. Insituform Technologies, LLC is the on-site crew finishing the work.
