Metropolitan Grill's Executive Chef, Eric Hellner has been an integral part of the Advanced Culinary Arts program for the past few years. Last year he received the mentor of the year award from The Washington Restaurant Association for his involvement with the BLHS Culinary Arts team in the ProStart program. He has come in once again to mentor the advanced culinary students in creating and executing a menu for this special event.
Help raise money to keep this program alive and well in Bonney Lake High School. Tickets are only $25, and all proceeds go to the Bonney Lake HS ProStart program.
