Camping Fun at Lake Cushman

We spent our holiday weekend at family property out at Lake Cushman. A toddler, a 2 month old, 2 large dogs and 2 days of fun - really it was!

We made it a lazy trip, no hiking or anything - didn't even go down to the lake, just sat at the property with the extended family, watching Monster man "hike" all over his dog.  It was our inagrual trip our new travel trailer, learning how things work, making lists of what I forgot (oops!) and just enjoying the peace.

Somehow, I forgot the s'mores and the hotdogs (remembered the buns though!) and drinking water; thankfully my mother-in-law had extra water and we had hamburgers instead of hotdogs. Really though - who forgets the smores?! Apparently I do and I am grateful Monster Man doesn't know what they are to miss them (althought my husband and I sure did)! Camping didn't seem to phase Little Miss, she was neither impressed nor unimpressed. She did really well though considering her whole schedule was thrown off for the weekend!
