Recently I had the opportunity to join a friend and his family at "A Simple Wish."
They were bringing their daughter to have her picture taken as a Princess for her 7th birthday. This was more than a photo op, she was treated as a Princess.
First she was welcomed into a room that has every toy a Princess needs. Then she and her Mom select the right Princess outfit, she chose Sleeping Beauty. Then they fix her hair and add a tiara. She comes out looking beautiful. They take dozens of pictures. Then she changes to another outfit and dozens more pictures are taken. After the photo session we are offered a tea party. Mom & Dad are Queen & King and the Princess sits at the head of the table proud as can be. When the tea party is over it is time to go.
The smiles enjoyed by Mom and her Daughter made this occasion priceless. Every little girl should be Princess for a day, and Moms should she their Princess too. If I were king I would bring a different girl every day.
