I will be the first to say that to blame the full moon on poor behaviors or wacky decisions is lame. How could a full moon that has been so pretty and clear to look at, cause people to go a bit sideways? The moon is just hanging there, not bothering anyone. So why do people have the need to freak out?
I tested the theory the best way I could. I was pretty quiet at home and just sat back and watched the show. The first thing I realized is that people are extra cranky and push the limits. I am not even sure extra sleep would cure it.
My girls have been over the top bugging and tattling on each other (only 4 weeks until school resumes - woo hoo). Mark has been extra extra tired and waaaay overthinking situations. Going out to stores, people are brainfarting at an extreme level.
I am unaware if there is a way to do a proactive cure when a full moon is approaching, aside from hiding under the covers. All I have learned is to just smile, stay out of the way and admire the moon.
