Tis the season for Slimeballs

Make their holidays the worst ever!

With the holiday season upon us, we as a society become tizzified running to parties, to malls to snatch up gifts for our family, friends, and coworkers.  I just want to remind our community to please be safe and also be aware of the dreaded Slimeballs.  Who are the Slimeballs you ask?  The Slimeballs (I am being nice) are the dreads of society that take advantage of our tizziness.  They lurk in parking lots and wait for the opportune time to break into your cars to either steal them, the items in the car, or get a hold of your address and then go to your home and do a rampage through there.

To keep the Slimeballs at bay, please remember to take anything and everything that is of importance in your car with you when you are out and about.  This includes your garage door opener, your registration (keep it in your wallet - not glove box), any shopping bags you have put in your car to go back for a second round.   Stay alert in your surroundings. All it takes is less than a minute for them to smash a window and grab YOUR belongings!  It's been done to me at a soccer game and it is NO FUN dealing with the aftermath.

We all want to enjoy the holidays, so let's all make a unified effort to put a lump of coal in the Slimeball stockings this year!!!

This is not the first time or the first person Quinn tried to hurt. I think she has a bitter andRead More evil heart. Instead of building and supporting the city, she prefers to tear down anything good and honorable. I'm so glad the voters saw fit to pass her by when she ran for election! With her attitude, it would have been detrimental to having a nice city to live in! Stuff a sock in it, Quinn!

I will never forget you David. We were connected through a tragic event that at times just feelsRead More like yesterday, and then you were taken from this earth by another tragic event. The 28 years inbetween went to fast. You were humble and down to earth. I feel as though you were surprised at how many people you touched in your 41 years. It was evidence at your service that you are loved by many, and you will never be forgotten.
