Rhubarb Days Extends a BIG "THANK YOU" to Sponsors and Volunteers

Thank you tribute to sponsors, volunteers and community.

The Sumner Downtown Association can now claim success with Rhubarb Days.  We project there were between 4,000-5,000 visitors in Sumner during Saturday’s event.  Certainly, we know and appreciate this event would not have been as successful were it not for the many volunteers who supported Rhubarb Days.  Without the sponsors, the many activities designed around our agricultural history would not have been possible.  While it always seems “thank you,” (the two simplest of words) are hardly enough, they mean so much more when they come from the heart.  So, from the Sumner Downtown Association and from the deepest part of our hearts...THANK YOU!

NOOOOO! A community Center with pool in conjunction with the school district first. The YMCA isRead More good enough but it is a corporation for itself, not for our community.
