How do you steal interior and exterior staircases, toilets and water heaters?! That report was crazy!

An EBT card was stolen out of a Coach purse. Classic. Where can I sign up for free food and Coach purses?

Julie, my first thought was the same but someone pointed out that there are many reasons someone may be using an EBT card. Perhaps they are foster parents or adoptive parents. The states uses EBT cards instead of sending out food stamps...made me retract my first thoughts.

In my line of work I see a lot of abuse to the system. I'll stand by my comment. After all, the blotter did state "her welfare EBT card".
