Driver Sustains Minor Injuries in Rollover Collision Involving Three Vehicles

The driver of a vehicle involved in a rollover collision Thursday afternoon in Sumner sustained minor injuries, but the cause was still under investigation, police said Friday.

The accident occurred on the 5400 block of Parker Road East, said Sumner Police administrator Jason Wilson. The collision also involved two other vehicles, but those were parked and unoccupied at the time.

Drugs and/or alcohol are not suspected to be involved, Wilson said.  

Neighbors say the posted speed limit on the street is 25 mph though drivers tend to exceed it while passing through.
