In June of 2012, a good friend of mine Andrea Smith died in a drunk driving accident. I know there is no way to blame the police for what had happened, I do know there has to be a way of scaring teens from drunk driving. I agree with putting as many cops as it takes onto the roads to crack down on DUI laws. Keep enforcing it, nobody wants to wake up to the news of a drunk driving acciident.
