'Jane Doe,' Husband Turn Themselves In for Child Porn Production, Distribution

Michael and Michelle Freeman turned themselves in to police after a nationwide manhunt was issued for the unknown couple, suspected of distributing and producing child pornography.

After a nationwide manhunt for , 'Jane Doe' suspect Michelle Lee Freeman and her husband, Michael Serapis Freeman, turned themselves in to police in Salem, Oregon, according to KOMO News.

According to a police affadavit, the Freemans called police and were taken into custody from their Salem home. Investigators also rescued two minors from the home.

Michael Freeman told investigators that he "started it" and his wife somehow joined in to the child pornography videos. The videos depicted the Freemans engaging in sexual acts with two young girls, ages 6 and 9, with the couple videotaping and photographing the acts. He told investigators that nothing was "forced," with no bondage or violence.

He admitted to exchanging the pornography with another person he met online.

The couple is held in police custody and will make their first court appearance today.
