Steve Powell Seeks to Suppress Voyeurism Evidence at Court Hearing Today

Susan Cox-Powell's father-in-law, Steve Powell, will attempt to suppress voyeurism evidence against him at a court appearance Monday.

Steve Powell's attorney will argue in Pierce County court Monday that voyeurism evidence discovered in his South Hill home should be suppressed.

Powell and his attorney are in court now for a hearing on a motion to stop the evidence from being included in the case against him. His attorney argues that items found in his home last summer were collected with an illegal search warrant, referred to as a "fishing expedition" for evidence.

The hearing has not yet begun but Twitter is abuzz with updates from those in the courtroom. Follow #FindSusan and #SusanCoxPowell for more from reporters in the courtroom.
