East Pierce Firefighters are cleaning up after a brush fire on the right side of EB SR 410 half way up Ehli Hill in Bonney Lake. One lane is blocked by our equipment and traffic is unfortunately backed up into Sumner. Use an alternate route if possible. No known cause, but likely discarded smoking materials.

Wowzers. It hasn't rained in over forty days...hello people!!! Extinguish your smokes. Too bad for the vehicles that emit sparks...our environment is a bit of a tinderbox right now...LOVE the EPF for being on it and protecting us all!
