Advisory: Angeline Road Work Detours, Closures

Utility crews are finishing the second and final asphalt overlay on Angeline Road this week, so local drivers are cautioned prepare for road closures and detours.

Workers have been working on Angeline Rd. since Jan. 30, replacing the main sewer line that affects approximately 5,900 feet of road.

During construction, certain lanes closed for paving. Homeowners will be waved through but only local access is available.

For through/truck traffic, from north end of Angeline Road to south end:

1. Right onto Old Sumner Buckley Hwy
2. Right onto 192nd Ave
3. Right onto SR410
4. Left onto Main Street
5. Main Street turns into Sky Island Drive
6. Left onto Rhodes Lake Road
7. Left onto Angeline Road

For residents, from south end of Angeline Road to north end:

1. Turn onto Panorama Boulevard
2. Panorama Blvd. turns into 176th Street
3. Right onto Sky Island Drive
4. Sky Island Drive turns into Main Street
5. Stay on Main Street and cross SR410
6. Right onto Old Sumner Buckley Highway
7. Right onto Angeline Road

Depending on the weather, here is the construction itinerary for this week:

Monday – Overlay – remove transition paving

Tuesday – Overlay – grade shoulder

Wednesday – Jack & raise utilities – grade shoulder

Thursday – Jack & raise utilities -- *survey monuments

Friday – install monuments

Following week – stripe roadway, substantial completion walk through
