Executive Session: At the conclusion of the joint special Council/Planning Commission meeting and pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(c), the City Council will adjourn to executive session to discuss the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for lease. The duration of the executive session will be announced prior to its start.
