Public Hearing Notice: Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Fleischmann’s Industrial Park LLC Docket Application

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner Community Development Director has fixed the 12th day of January, 2012 at 7:00 PM in Sumner City Hall’s Council Chambers, located at 1104 Maple Street, Sumner, WA as the time and place for a public hearing on the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Fleischmann’s Industrial Park LLC Docket Application, November 2011. The proposal is to amend the Manufacturing/Industrial Center (MIC) Map Boundary (Comprehensive Plan Figure 4A) to include four properties along Fryar Avenue for a total of 21.3 acres. Written comments concerning this application may be submitted to the City of Sumner, Attn: Paul Rogerson, 1104 Maple Street, Suite 250, Sumner, WA 98390. Comments may be submitted prior to the hearing by 5:00 pm, on January 12, 2012, or at the public hearing.
