THIS CAMPAIGN:

What is the primary reason you are running for this office? I'm running for this office because I believe the current administration is on the right track and has made great strides in making Bonney Lake a place I'm proud to say I live.  The city council and city administration need to continue to work as a cohesive team with common goals.  I want to be a part of that team and to continue the progress.

What will be your top three priorities if you get elected and why? My top three priorities are to 1) Listen to what the citizens have to say about issues that affect them.  2) Work to make Bonney Lake more family friendly with activities for all ages, most importantly a community center or YMCA. I would also love to get a farmer's market going. 3) Continue to shape the future of the city of Bonney Lake.

What sets you apart from the other candidates and/or previous office holders? I think I have a good report with the current City Council members and can fit in with the least amount of disruption. I will use an analytical approach to decision making and have the experience on the planning commission to understand what the city council is currently working on. My community involvement, leadership skills, and ability to work well with others makes me the best candidate for the position.

How much money do you expect your campaign to spend on this election? Not sure yet.

Official endorsements: Mayor Neil Johnson, Deputy Mayor Dan Swatman, Councilmember Randy McKibbin
