Friends, family and even the Sumner High School marching band honored retired councilmember Leroy Goff on Tuesday evening at his .

The 85 year-old Sumner resident has lived in town for all but 10 years of his life and throughout the last 26 years, has served as a city councilmember, on numerous civic groups and was even mayor for a year.
