Primary Election is Tuesday: Where Do I Turn In My Ballot?

Bonney Lake and Sumner both have city council seats up for grabs in this primary, in addition to fire commissioner and school board positions.

The Pierce County Primary Election is Tuesday Aug. 16. Don't forget to turn in your ballots and be counted.

This year, Pierce County has an all mail-in ballot. You can either mail it back (postmarked by Aug. 16) or drop it off at one of the 25 ballot deposit sites (no postage required). The ballot drop boxes will be closed after 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Here are the locations for the drop box near Bonney Lake and Sumner:

On the ballot are the following candidates. Patch sent get-to-know-you questionnaires to all applicants prior to today's primary election. Some of them got back to us, some didn't. The ones who did have hyperlinks on their names.
