Road Work Alert: Continued Roadwork in Sections of Sumner This Week
Road access will be limited on sections of Main Street and the intersection of Elm and Parker this coming week.

Expect a rolling shut down of Main Street between the railroad tracks and Valley Avenue this Sunday as crews complete the second of two parts of road improvements. Last Sunday, a fresh coat of chips was laid down; this Sunday, crews will add a fog coat over the chips which will seal the road and provide the smooth, black top that drivers expect.
Meanwhile work at the intersection of Elm & Parker is shutting down that area to all traffic except local access. Please use the detour signs to avoid this area while the work is underway. It is expected to last at least through this Friday.
