Bonney Lake High to Remain in 3A Classification

After some consideration, Bonney Lake High School decided to remain in the WIAA 3A league.

Due to the projected student population of , the Panther community through the 2013 school year. The Sumner School District asked families to weigh in on the switch, which would have been in place for two years.

In the end, Bonney Lake High has decided to remain in the 3A league.

"After careful consideration of the input provided by students, families, coaches and staff, a decision to remain in the WIAA 3A league has been made," said Linda Masteller, principal of Bonney Lake High. "I want to thank the staff and coaches for their participation in this review process, and the many students and families who took time to provide valuable feedback."
