Bonney Lake, Sumner HS Drill Team Members to Perform in 2014 New Year's Parade in London

Eight members of the combined Bonney Lake Sumner drill team will be heading to London on December 26, 2013 to perform in the London New Year’s Day parade.

Representing Bonney Lake High School will be Makenna Taylor, Senior, Mallory Zimbelman, Senior, Sarah Nadeau, Junior, Arianna Schultz, Junior and Katie Lasko, Junior; Sumner High School is represented by Elise Wilson, Senior, Mariah Deschamps, Senior and Davina Caldwell, Junior.

There will be over 500 high school dancers and cheerleaders from across the U.S. who will be performing in the world famous London New Year’s Day Parade.

Only the top 12% of the dancers and cheerleaders who attend Varsity summer camps earn the chance to march in the holiday spectacular. In addition to performing in the London parade, the All Americans will have the chance to tour London during their seven-day trip.
