<p>This program is located in the Liberty Ridge Elementary School which is part of the Sumner School district.  The Early Childhood Education Assistance Program is a government program that provides free preschool to low income families in Washington.  This branch is part of the Department of Early Learning, which is also a state agency.   In addition to providing preschool education to children ages three to four, this program also provides family support as well as health and nutrition services.  There are two classes offered at this time, each is three days per week.  Services are provided for all special needs children living within the school district regardless of family income.  </p>
