A wonder-world for a gymnastics enthusiasts, Roach Gymnastics of Sumner has all the equipment one could ask for. Free WiFi is available to add an extra level and comfort and convenience for those waiting in the comfortable seating area for a class to end. Owner Melanie Roach is a former Olympic weight-lifter, and used her expert knowledge to determine the training equipment that was required for this first-rate gym. And as a mother of four, she's also made it a point to cater to all ages. New walkers can be enrolled in basic tumbling and play classes, which includes time in the "Pot of Gold" - a large pit of gold foam chunks for jumping in. The Busy Bugs program is available for toddlers, and a part-time pre-school is housed inside the gym.

Melanie and her husband, State Representative Dan Roach, heavily support the special needs community and offer a Special Needs class each Saturday. Roach Gymnastics also hosts Parent's Night Out on the third Saturday of each month, from 6 PM to 10 PM. It is a drop-off program, giving kids a night of play and parents a night off.
