Tipps Gems has been owned and operated now for more than 12 years by Mari and John Tipp. Although there is not a storefront for direct buying, the Tipps can be found at mineral and gem shows at varying fairgrounds around several counties in Washington and Oregon. Of all their gems, the Tipps' pride and joy is their collection of opals. Because of their love for travel, Mari and John decided it was much easier to manage their business by doing shows only.
