Lots of talk about teaching safe swim but nothing on a hiring a life guard. I drove by the other day…Read More and saw that they had made some really pretty improvements to the lawn area by Allan Yorke park. I thought I saw a sign that said something about spending almost 1 million dollars on the improvements? Why not spend 1/2 of that money and spend the other half of it on life guards for the next 10 years if not more. Doesn't matter how pretty it is, if all anyone can think of is that their loved one died at that lake.

Edward- I am asking myself the same question. I happened to drive by the accident a couple hours…Read More after it happend not knowing it had happened. Ibam no expert or anything but it didnt appear it jumped over the concrete median. I hope they do a little more investigation on this. I know if it was my family memeber I would want to know how this happened.

I do have the right to be angry because that kid will be a problem in 15 years that I will have to pay for because that kid won't have the basic skills to support himself or herself. Now go to bed mom and leave me alone.

Really the problem could be corrected if we put harsher punishment on people who commit crime. If you knew you would recieve a true punishment for breaking the law, peoplr may be less likely to commit them. Work camps for all criminals.... sounds like a plan to me. Cuts down the use of tax dollars to maintain roads, less illegal immigrants working our fields.. anyone with me?
