I was born in the Bronx and raised most of my life in Pleasantville, NY.  I am the Director of Nutrition and Food Science in my family's business, Caribbean Food Delights.  On my spare time, I am heavily involved in photography, food and designing.  I can be found freelancing for Patch.com, photographing special events and Muay Thai fights, setting up photo shoots with friends, cooking, food photography and fashion designing.
